This website is operated by me as an independent seller. Throughout the site, the terms “I,” “me,” and “my” refer to the shop owner. By visiting my site and/or purchasing from me, you engage in my “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms, including any additional policies referenced herein.

2. Eligibility

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you have given consent for any minor dependents to use this site.

3. Products & Handmade Disclaimer

All products sold are handmade, one-of-a-kind plushies created using second-hand and upcycled materials.

Because of the handmade nature and use of pre-owned materials:

  • Each item may contain minor imperfections or variations

  • Colors, textures, and stitching may vary slightly from photos

  • These variations are normal and not considered defects

Product photos and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible, but exact replication cannot be guaranteed.

4. Intended Use & Safety Disclaimer

My plushies are intended for decorative or collector use unless otherwise stated.

  • They are not certified as toys

  • Not recommended for infants or children

  • Not intended for rough play, chewing, or exposure to heat or moisture

By purchasing, you assume responsibility for proper use. I am not liable for misuse or damage caused after delivery.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. I reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Payment must be completed in full at checkout. Orders will not be processed until payment is received.

6. Orders, Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

All sales are final.

  • No returns

  • No exchanges

  • No refunds

  • Orders cannot be canceled once placed

Please review my Return & Refund Policy before purchasing. By placing an order, you agree to those terms.

7. Shipping

Processing and shipping times are provided at checkout or on product pages and are estimates only.

I am not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

8. Shipping Damage & Incorrect Items

I am not responsible for damage caused during shipping once the package has been transferred to the carrier.

Because all items are handmade and one-of-a-kind, I do not offer replacements or refunds for items damaged in transit.

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery at xoxoscythe@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos. Incorrect items will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including product designs, photos, text, and branding, is my intellectual property and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of my products or website.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which I operate.
