No Returns

All sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect sizing, or dissatisfaction with the product.

No Refunds

I do not offer refunds once an order has been placed and processed. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Handmade & Second-Hand Materials Disclaimer

All plushies are hand-sewn and one-of-a-kind, made using second-hand and upcycled materials. Due to the nature of these materials, minor imperfections, variations in texture, color, or stitching are normal and not considered defects.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

I am not responsible for damage caused during shipping once an order has been transferred to the carrier. I do not offer replacements or refunds for items damaged in transit.

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery at xoxoscythe@gmail.com with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the item received

Incorrect item claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, a resolution may be offered at my discretion. Refunds will not be issued.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed, as processing begins immediately.
