Processing Time

All plushies are handmade and one-of-a-kind. Orders are typically processed within 7–14 business days. Processing times may vary during busy periods. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Carrier Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier.

I am not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

  • Damage that occurs during transit

Shipping Damage

I do not offer refunds or replacements for items damaged during shipping. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with shipping handmade items.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. I am not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance is not included unless explicitly stated. Customers assume all risk of loss or damage during transit.

International Shipping (if applicable)

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
